Tobi Hartmann, Chief Executive Officer

Tobi is an experienced global CEO with a passion for helping shepherd technology companies through high growth periods by focusing relentlessly on customer needs. His executive experience includes leading tech companies Corsearch, Karnov Group, and LexisNexis through some of their most successful periods, garnering high customer satisfaction and growth. At Corsearch, Tobi recognized the need to create a new category, later leading Corsearch to become the market and category leader in Brand Risk and Performance. Tobi has extensive experience in understanding how best to deliver on customer needs through “buy & build” strategies and is an expert in internationalization and global expansion.

Sean Gorman, Chief Operating Officer

Sean Gorman is Panopto’s Chief Operating Officer, responsible for product management, design, engineering, quality assurance, sales engineering, business development, customer success, training, renewals, operations, business intelligence, CRM, IT, customer support, and human resources. Sean brings a strong combination of operating experience, deep leadership skills, and an understanding of global technology platforms to Panopto. Prior to his current role, Sean was the Director and General Manager of Amazon’s Newsstand business as well as the Kindle Store. Prior to that, he was the Director of Strategic Planning for the Xbox business at Microsoft. Sean earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Product Design from Stanford University, and an MBA from UCLA.

Dennis Farkos, Chief Financial Officer

Dennis Farkos serves as Chief Financial Officer at Panopto, and oversees the company’s financial planning, record-keeping, and reporting. As a financial executive, Dennis specializes in early- and growth-stage organizations. He has over 20 years of experience in driving business results and shareholder value. Prior to joining Panopto, Dennis served as Senior Vice President, CFO and Treasurer for Confluence. In 2006 for his work in that role, he was named CFO of the Year by the Pittsburgh Business Times.
