Abstract:
This paper studied changes in basic forms and concepts of news reporting in the Internet era by content analysis, taking news award-winning works of China News Award (2006-2018) as an example. The study has found that first, in the past over ten years, there is no significant change in the basic news reporting model. Second, the boundary of traditional news standard hasn’t blurred, and the inverted pyramid-like structure, news value elements and standard are still applicable. Third, news, the writing style, as the leading role in news reporting shows objectivity. From the point of news value concept, news is still “news”, and basic consensus of profession community hasn’t been removed.
